How BayPort Lending collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: August 2026.
BayPort Lending (NMLS #2104798) is a mortgage brokerage headquartered at 265 E Marion Ave, Unit 116, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, licensed in Florida and Texas. You can verify our licensing anytime on NMLS Consumer Access.
Information you give us. When you use our contact or signup forms we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you start an application, you do so through our secure loan application platform (my1003app.com), which collects the information required for a mortgage application — such as income, employment, assets, and credit authorization — under its own security and privacy safeguards.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting provider (Webflow) may collect device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
Marketing preferences. If you join our rate-watch list, we store your contact details and preferences so we can send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, process and support your loan application, send rate and market updates you request, improve our website and services, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed mortgage brokerage.
We share information only as needed to serve you: with lenders and settlement service providers involved in your loan; with service providers who help us operate (website hosting, application platform, communications tools); and with regulators or others where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
BayPort Lending may use artificial intelligence tools to help draft website content, respond to routine inquiries, and improve our services. Please note: AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team, but it is provided for general information only and is not financial, legal, or lending advice; no lending decision about you is made solely by an automated system — licensed professionals review applications; and we do not use your personal application information to train third-party AI models. If you interact with an AI-powered feature on our site, we will identify it as such.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features. We use analytics to measure site performance in aggregate — not to identify you personally.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (SSL) and access controls, and we retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by mortgage regulations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (subject to legal record-keeping requirements), and you may opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us at info@bayportlending.com or (941) 584-8724.
